Tipton Completes First Building at Washington Township Office Park

Tipton Development is proud to announce the completion of the first building at Washington Township Office Park. The building is now fully-occupied by the The Plastic Surgery Institute of Dayton. Washington Township Office Park is a Tipton Development located on Route 48 just south of Elder Beerman and Kroger across from Nutt Road. The first building is approximately 7,200 square feet. The second building, which will be approximately 5,000 square feet, will begin construction early in 2004.

“We think that the doctors have picked an excellent and visible location for their practice. The Route 48 location is very visible and situated near recent residential development in the area” said Eric Tipton – Vice President of Tipton Development.

Washington Township Office Park is being marketed to small business and medical. It is the fourth small office development for Tipton in the area. Springboro Office Park (in Springboro), Success Lane Business Park (Washington Township), and The Fountains Office Park (Mason) are the other office developments.
