Springboro Office Park Hosted Open House Celebration

Dayton, Ohio, USA, September 17, 2003 - Tipton, based in Centerville, Ohio, recently completed construction of a new office building built for Kaiser Family Practice. The new building is part of Tipton's Springboro Office Park, located on State Route 741 just south of the Dorothy Lane Market. Tipton and Dr. George Kaiser jointly sponsored a two-day grand opening celebration of this new facility.

Business associates, customers, friends and family of both firms as well as anyone else interested in learning more about the Springboro Office Park were invited to attend. The open house featured tours of the newly completed building as well as other buildings currently under construction. "Our new facility has met and exceeded all of our expectations," declared Dr. George Kaiser, President of Kaiser Family Practice.

"It's always exciting to see the completion of a new building and we enjoyed helping Kaiser Medical Corporation open their new location in Springboro. Tipton began development of the Springboro Office Park in 2003 and is planning to construct six buildings. The ground breaking for the second building took place on June 19, 2003 with great success. Dentist Dr. Todd Baker has made the first commitment to purchase space in this building and Tipton is in discussion with several other businesses and medical service providers regarding the remaining space that is available in Building II.
