JANUARY, 2010 - Four Projects Underway - As we enter 2010, Tipton is working on four projects in Ohio & Kentucky. We are constructing a new office for Dr. Keith Huelsman in Worthington, Ohio, (Pictured Below) an expansion for Drs. Ryan and Tiffany Harris in Mason, Ohio and an expansion for Dr. John Talmadge in Springboro, Ohio. We are also constructing a new office for Summit Medical (Pictured Above) in Union, Kentucky. JULY, 2009 - Irongate Realtors - Congratulations to Irongate! They have been up-and-running in their new building on South Richard's Run in Springboro since February and are very happy. We attended their Open House in May and a good time was had by all. Thanks again Irongate for the opportunity to provide you with your new building!

December, 2008 - Tipton Gets OK to Proceed With Last Building at Richard's Run - Workers were out last week, despite the bad economy, sub-freezing temperatures and bone-chilling winds, doing electrical work on the fifth building in the Richard's Run Business Park. September, 2008 - Irongate Breaks Ground at Richard's Run Business Park - On September 3rd, Irongate held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate their new building with Tipton. Tipton will do the construction of the building which will be owned by Irongate. (Update - Building Completed January, 2009). Click Here For the Dayton Daily News Story.

March, 2008 - High Concrete Signs Lease For 7,200 SF at Richard's Run - High Concrete signed a lease agreement to move over thirty engineers to Tipton Development's Richard's Run Business Park, (Pictured below). High Concrete will occupy Buildings "B" & "C". The total space will be 7,200 square feet. The Building "B" shell has been completed and construction of Building "C" is underway. Pictured Above - Sinclair Community College. The facility has 17,645 Square Feet and Ten Classrooms. The first classes were held in the building in September 2007 right on schedule.
