APRIL, 2012 - TIPTON CONSTRUCTING NEW 50,000 SF BUILDING FOR STRESS ENGINEERING
Tipton is currently
constructing a new 50,000 SF building for
Stress Engineering Services in Mason, Ohio (See Progress Photo
Above). Stress is currently located at 5380 Courseview Drive
just off of Kings Mills. They are relocating to an eight acre
site that they purchased off of Western Row Road. The street
they will occupy has been renamed Stress Engineering Way by the City
of Mason to mark their move. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2012.

A Complex Facility - Tipton has designed not only an office to house
eighty engineers, but a high bay facility as well. The high bay is where Stress performs tests on many of the products you use every day.

JUNE, 2011 - KIM METTER HIRED AS NEW OFFICE MANAGER FOR TIPTON
Kim is the
newest member of the Tipton team, stepping into the role
of Office Manager. Kim grew up in Kettering and growing
up, she was active in many clubs including French Club &
Show Choir. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Wright State University in 2005 in Modern
Languages, focusing on French, Mandarin Chinese &
American Sign Language. Kim has held many
different professional positions, from Social Services
Designee to 911 Operator, but finds that organizing,
multi-tasking, bookkeeping and running an office really
showcase her strengths.
In her free time,
Kim enjoys Ohio State Football and Basketball, ballroom dancing and
singing. She also enjoys traveling, especially to France to
practice speaking and interacting with French culture. She is
currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Interior Design from
Sinclair Community College and hopes to someday become a

DAYTON EYE PURCHASES LAST SPACE AT SPRINGBORO OFFICE PARK -
Dayton Eye Associates, Inc. purchased the last
condominium unit at Springboro Office Park on State Route 741 in
Springboro. The park was developed by Tipton Development, Ltd. and
is also managed by Tipton.
Dayton Eye Associates is a group of board-certified ophthalmologists;
physicians trained in the diagnosis of eye disorders and their medical
and surgical treatment. Their offices are complemented by a staff of
eye professionals including three optometrists, a contact lens optician,
and certified ophthalmic assistants.
This new expansion features 3,240 Square Feet and six exam rooms. It is
equipped with all of the latest high tech touches, including flat screen
televisions in the waiting and sub-waiting rooms and digital
technologies. This is Dayton Eye Associates' third location in the
Dayton area. They currently have an office in Dayton and their main
office is located in Beavercreek. “This was the perfect fit for
Springboro Office Park”, said Eric Tipton, COO of Tipton Development.
“The office park is primarily medical and Dayton Eye fits right in. We
are obviously very happy to have them.”
Tipton sold the space and performed the construction of the suite. This
is the latest medical project for Tipton, which has extensive experience
in the Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and Northern Kentucky markets.
According to Dr. Walter Hartel, "This was the smoothest construction
project we have done to-date". We agree Dr. Hartel. It was simply a
pleasure to work with the knowledgeable staff at Dayton Eye. We wish

FEBRUARY, 2011 - PETS-IN-STITCHES "STARTS UP"
IN MIAMI TOWNSHIP -
Pets-in-Stitches is a start-up veterinary business, which will be
located at the Southland 75 shopping center on State Route 741 in
Miami Township. Danielle Rastetter and Steve Knick are the owners,
and they will specifically offer affordable spay and neutering services for
dogs and cats at the new location. Construction is scheduled for
completion in late January, 2011. Their Grand Opening is scheduled
for February 7, 2011.
Construction, Inc. is performing the interior finish work for the
space based on a plan that Danielle and Steve desired after
exhaustive research on veterinary clinics around the country.
“Danielle and Steve definitely did their research," said Eric
Tipton, President of Tipton Construction. "For a couple who have
never started a new venture like this before, they have been an
absolute pleasure to work with throughout our time together. When
confronted with a zoning variance early in the project, Danielle
took it upon herself to attend the zoning meetings and learn about
the process. They are thorough and best of all, enthusiastic about
everything. We couldn’t ask for a better client."

After the overall market collapse of 2008 and a slow 2009 for everyone, 2010
is shaping up to be a busier year already. We are seeing a

In 2009, when we began talking to a group of doctors from St.
Elizabeth Hospital about a new facility for
their Union, Kentucky office, their dream was to own their own building.

investment to do the building. But, the doctors still wanted an option to purchase
when they were ready, so it was
inserted in the contract. Very soon after the completion of construction in
May of 2010, the doctors exercised their option to purchase and are now the
proud owners of their new facility (pictured above). We congratulate Doctors
Robert Fitz, Corey Gallus and Kathie Morgan on accomplishing their

- Congratulations to Irongate! They have been up-and-running
in their new building on South Richard's Run in Springboro since
February and are very happy. We attended their Open House in
May and a good time was had by all. Thanks again Irongate for

Richard's Run Business Park - On September 3rd,
Irongate held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate their new
building with Tipton. Tipton will do the construction of the
building which will be owned by Irongate. (Update - Building

High Concrete Signs Lease
For 7,200 SF at Richard's Run - High Concrete signed
a lease agreement to move over thirty engineers to Tipton
Development's Richard's Run Business Park, (Pictured below).
High Concrete will occupy Buildings "B" & "C". The total space
will be 7,200 square feet. The Building "B" shell has been
