Tipton Completes Building for PriMed Physicians - Beavercreek
About the Building:
June 19, 2007 - Tipton recently constructed a new 10,300 Square Foot, $1.9 million facility for PriMed Physicians on Lakeview Drive in Beavercreek.
Tipton has worked with PriMed on several projects in South Dayton, including its CenterMed facility at the corner of State Route 48 and Spring Valley in Centerville and its Congress Park office in Washington Township. Tipton also served as a consultant last year for PriMed Physicians’ Wright-Dunbar facility on West 3rd Street in Dayton.
The new facility accommodates up to 8 doctors and is built with PriMed’s future growth in mind. They are planning in adding a new physician this summer.
Plans for the New PriMed Office:
Two family physicians, Dr. Christine Weller and Dr. Jan Froehlich, relocated their offices from 2365 Lakeview Drive to the new facility.
PriMed Beavercreek Pediatrics also relocated from its current building at 1911 N. Fairfield Road. Pediatricians Dr. Matthew Hardwick, Dr. Kathleen Gutman and Dr. Sonny Amisola also see patients at the new facility.
