Tipton Breaks Ground for 2nd Building at Springboro Office Park

June 12, 2003 - Tipton Construction held ground breaking ceremonies for Building II of Springboro Office Park. Completion of Building II is slated for the 3rd Quarter 2003. Dentist Dr. Todd Baker has made the first commitment to purchase space in Building II, and Tipton is currently in discussion with several other prospects regarding the remaining space available in Building II. When completed, the Office Park will include five buildings.  The location adds value to businesses by offering affordable office space for sale or lease in one of the fastest growing areas in Southwest Ohio.

"Interest in the Springboro Office Park has been impressive and we are excited about breaking ground for Building II. With the current level of inquiries from businesses and medical service providers, we have our sights set on starting the third building very soon," stated Eric Tipton, Vice President, Development for Tipton.

The Springboro Office Park is located on State Route 741 just south of Dorothy Lane Market. It offers easy access and high visibility from State Route 741. The new construction allows from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet of space to be easily configured to suit specific needs.
