Tipton Breaks Ground for Building II at Springboro Office Park

June 2003 - Tipton Construction held ground breaking ceremonies on June 12, 2003 for Building II of the Springboro Office Park complex. Completion of Building II is slated for the Third Quarter 2003. Dentist Dr. Todd Baker has made the first commitment to purchase space in Building II, and Tipton is currently in discussion with several other businesses and medical service providers regarding the remaining space that is available in Building II.
