Open House Signifies Another Major Success at Success Lane

Tipton, based in Centerville, Ohio, recently completed construction of a brand new warehouse/office building that was built for hhs America Corp. The new building is part of Tipton's Success Lane Business Park in Washington Township, located off Austin Pike between State Route 741 and Yankee Street. The new building is 6,133 square feet.

"We have been very fortunate to experience growth over the past couple of years, leading to the purchase of a new building that is expandable to 12,000 square feet to accommodate future growth. hhs America Corp. and Tipton jointly celebrated the grand opening of this new facility on Friday, June 13, 2003 with an open house for business associates, customers, friends and family of both firms. The event was a tremendous success hosting nearly 80 guests including visitors from across the United States, Germany, Italy and Great Britain. The hhs America Building increased the overall square footage of office and warehouse space at Success Lane to over 48,000 square feet. Tipton began the development in 1996, and now Success Lane features eight buildings with a 98% occupancy rate. Tipton has scheduled a groundbreaking for the next building later this summer.
